Welcome to ArmIQ. By accessing or using our Sports Science & Workload-Optimization SaaS platform, Coach Console, Player Portal, or Admin Console, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

A. Account Security & Workspace Multi-Tenancy

ArmIQ operates as a multi-tenant platform. Coaches and teams are provisioned an isolated workspace. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your workspace tokens, login credentials, and invite links. You agree to notify ArmIQ immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

B. Platform Seat Licenses & Roster Limits

• Individual Accounts: Solo athlete accounts are restricted to use by a single player.
• Team Accounts: The base Team Package grants access to a coaching staff and up to 20 player seats. Additional seats purchased ($12.99/seat annually) are tied directly to that tenant workspace. Sharing player login credentials to bypass seat licensing limits is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

C. Data Ingestion & User Content

By uploading, syncing, or ingesting data into ArmIQ — including pitch telemetry (FlightScope/Rapsodo JSON), daily self-logs, baseline biomechanics, and wearable recovery biometrics (Apple HealthKit / Health Connect) — you grant ArmIQ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and analyze this data solely to provide the services within your tenant workspace.

D. Disclaimer of Medical Advice

ArmIQ is a data-fusion decision tool; it does not provide medical advice. The Readiness Scores, status bands (PEAK, GOOD, CAUTION, RISK), and daily throwing prescriptions (Hybrids A–E) are computed algorithmically based on statistical variances and user inputs. They are meant to optimize athletic workload and replace manual guessing — not professional medical diagnostics, physical therapy, or sports medicine treatment. Coaches and athletes assume all risk related to athletic training and physical performance.
