Privacy Policy

ArmIQ is committed to protecting the privacy of athletes, coaches, and staff. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard data across our platform.

A. Data We Collect

To calculate the 0–100 Readiness Score and manage pitching staffs, ArmIQ processes several categories of data:

  • Account Information: Names, emails, role assignments, and team branding assets.
  • Subjective Self-Logs: Daily athlete inputs regarding arm health, soreness, sleep quality, mental energy, and pain points.
  • Biometric Performance Data: Range of motion (ROM), grip strength, jump metrics, and physical baseline profiles.
  • Hardware Recovery Biometrics: Heart Rate Variability (HRV), resting heart rate, sleep duration, and VO2 Max synced directly via Apple Watch (HealthKit) or Android (Health Connect) APIs.
  • Pitch Telemetry: Ball velocity, spin rates, release points, and command uploaded via FlightScope or Rapsodo JSON files.

B. How We Use Data

We use the collected streams to dynamically calculate workload metrics (Acute:Chronic ratios), automate daily hybrid throwing templates, generate 7-day outlook forecasts, and issue instant CRITICAL email alerts to coaching staffs when an athlete logs throwing pain.

C. Data Isolation & Sharing

  • Strict Isolation: Data within a team tenant is structurally isolated server-side on every endpoint. Your data cannot be viewed by other teams or tenants using the platform.
  • No External Sale: We do not sell, rent, or trade athlete biometrics or performance profiles to third-party data brokers or advertisers.
